Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains what information Beritus LLC ("Beritus," "we," "us") collects through beritus.health, why, and what we do with it. Beritus is a marketing agency that works with private clinics. This site is for clinic owners and their teams, not for patients.

What we collect

  • What you type into the audit request form: your name, work email, clinic name, clinic website, monthly ad spend range, years open and, if you choose, your role, city, phone number and biggest challenge.
  • How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source), the page you first landed on, and the website that referred you.
  • Basic usage data: if analytics are turned on, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel record things like pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. They use cookies or similar technology to do this.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for, and don't want, patient information of any kind. Please don't include patient names, health details or medical records in anything you send us. The form has no free-text box for that reason. When we do an audit, we work only with totals and counts that you choose to share.

How we use it

  • To deliver the free marketing audit you asked for and follow up with you about it.
  • To reply when you email, call or book a meeting.
  • To measure which pages, messages and channels lead to audit requests and booked calls, so we can improve our own marketing. We look at this mostly in totals, for example how many requests came from LinkedIn versus Google.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Tools that handle your information

  • Cloudflare hosts this website.
  • Google (Google Sheets, Apps Script and Gmail) stores form submissions and our email.
  • Calendly handles meeting bookings. If you book, Calendly's own privacy policy also applies.
  • Google Analytics and the Meta pixel measure site visits and ad results, when turned on. We don't send them what you type into the form.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, related emails and analytics data for as long as we need them for the purposes above: following up with you, keeping business records, and measuring what converts. Email zach@beritus.health at any time to have your information deleted.

Data from client projects

This section is for clinics that work with us on an audit or an implementation.

  • What we keep: project data such as ad account metrics, funnel and booking data, lead and conversion counts, and how campaign creative and copy performed. We may keep it after the engagement ends.
  • How we use it: internally, to track what converts and what doesn't, compare results across projects, and build reusable frameworks, templates and playbooks that help us work faster for future clients.
  • De-identified outside your own work: whenever we use this data for anything other than your own project, we use it only in de-identified or aggregated form, for example "clinics that called leads back within an hour booked more consults." We never publish or share anything that identifies your clinic without your written permission.
  • No patient data: we don't want or need patient-level data or protected health information (PHI), and we never use it for any of this. Please don't send it to us. Our work uses totals and counts only.

Your choices

  • Email zach@beritus.health to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.
  • Block cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Security

We use well-known providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything sensitive through this site.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
