These terms cover your use of beritus.health, which is run by Beritus LLC ("Beritus," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is

Beritus provides marketing services to private clinics. This site describes those services and lets clinic owners request a free marketing audit. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or regulatory advice.

The free marketing audit

• The audit is free. Asking for one doesn't commit you to buy anything.
• We may decline or reschedule a request, for example if your clinic isn't a fit for what we do.
• Any paid work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts. Those written terms control that work.
• The ad compliance check in the audit is a marketing review. It isn't legal advice, and you remain responsible for what your clinic publishes.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise a set number of patients, leads or a specific return. Results depend on things outside our control, including your pricing, your team and your market. Examples and goals on this site describe what we aim for, not a guarantee.

Access you give us

If you give us access to your ad or analytics accounts, you can remove it at any time. Beritus doesn't want or need protected health information (PHI) or patient-level data, so please don't send it. We only need totals and counts.

Project data we keep

• We may keep data from audits and implementations after an engagement ends. This includes ad account metrics, funnel data, lead and conversion data, and how campaign creative and copy performed.
• We use it internally to track what converts and what doesn't, compare results, and build reusable frameworks, templates and playbooks for future clients.
• Outside your clinic's own work, we use it only in de-identified or aggregated form. We never publish or share anything that identifies your clinic without your written permission, and we never use patient-level data or PHI for this.

Who owns what

• You own your ad accounts, your account data, and the deliverables made specifically for your clinic, as set out in your engagement agreement.
• Beritus owns its pre-existing and general know-how, methods, frameworks and templates, including improvements we learn across engagements. Using them in your project doesn't transfer ownership of them.

Using the site

• Please send accurate information and only submit the form for a clinic you're allowed to represent.
• Don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam, trying to break it, or copying its content to pass it off as your own.

Our site content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Beritus. You're welcome to share links to it.

Other websites

The site links to tools we use, like Calendly. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Beritus isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
